Chameleon escape

I had an Chameleon 5 years ago and one day after school i saw that the cage was open and my Lizard was gone i was going crazy when i saw it. I checked the room and it wasnt there then i checked all other rooms but again without luck. I was searching for him all day and i didnt find him. Tommorow when i came back from school i searched again. I was searching in the Bedroom, kitchen and etc and at the end of the day I found
it. He was behind my computer and i locked him in the cage and it had a happy end. So, definitely take the proper precautions when securing a chameleons cage or any other pet lizards habitat. Research on the Internet ways other pet lizard owners have approached in preventing an escape of your pet lizard. The world outside of a lizard cage can be quite dangerous and stressful, especially in this case to a chameleon, as they are one of the more "stressed out" reptiles one could own. Your pet chameleon will actually thank you later (in its own way) for it not being able to escape its habitat!
