Crested gecko escape!

Crested Geckos like to lay their eggs in moist, kept away
places in their cage, such as in a plant. They usually lay
only two eggs at a time. One day I took the plant out, after
checking it for eggs, and put it outside on the back porch.
A few weeks later, I found two baby Crested Geckos walking
around together on the back porch and I was confused because
these types of geckos are not indigenous to where I live in
Florida. I remembered I had taken the plant out of the cage,
and sure enough, there were two broken egg sacks tucked away
in the plant. Thank goodness I found them before they got
away or died. If one of these geckos does escape, for
example in your house, make sure you check on the walls
because they like to climb and often, this is where you will
find crested geckos.
