baby bearded dragon realy shy ?

I just got a baby bearded dragon yesterday from my friend because he is a breeder and the lizard is 4 months old but ever since I have had him he has been very shy and hiding and does not eat a lot please help and also sleeps a lot.

You might need to take him to a vet. Sometimes the stress of a lizard moving into a new home can cause that reaction. Just make sure he has proper UV light and the right temps and the proper distance from the bulb. He should be offered the same amount of insects (if he's four months old he needs a lot of bugs) and greens -even though he's not eating well.
