bearded dragon food

My bearded dragon is 11 monthes old he spends most of his time in his cave. When it comes to feedin I give him crickets but every so often I try him with some grape or dandilion he loves both of them and they get a lot of liquid out of grape and a lot of protein from the dandilion.
