Concerned Beardie Mommy

I have a one year old beardie and Rodney is the love of my life. This is the first hybernation I am experiencing and I'm concerned. Rodney has stopped eating all together and has lost 16gms of weight. My vet states that this is normal, has anyone elses beardie totally stopped eating...any advice...please...

That is totally normal. My bearded dragon usually goes for around 4 monthes without eating. What I do is give him a bath every other week so he can get some hydration. In the wild, they usually bury themselves in dirt and get moisture from the morning dew.
